Sarah Richards

Content Strategist

Sarah started in journalism and did a short stint in advertising, working for Ogilvy Interactive and Saatchi’s, before moving into digital government.

After ten years in government, Sarah went on to create and lead the Government Digital Service’s GOV.UK content team. Sarah and the team went on to win the Yellow and Black pencils in the 2013 Writing for Design award at D&AD (the only time a black pencil has been won in that category to date).

Sarah has served as a D&AD judge and is now training and consulting in content design.
