Registration is open from 9.30am. Please arrive in good time for the event beginning at 10am. If you arrive early, you can go to the café inside The Crystal, which is open from 8.30am.

Once you’ve registered, you can grab a cup of tea or coffee and  say hello to fellow delegates.

Our team will be around to help if you need it.

The whole of The Crystal is a non-smoking venue.
